FAQ

Can I still participate if I didn’t deposit in the original sale on Legion? No. New applications are not being considered for this sale.

If I was originally rejected in batch 1, am I in the running for an allocation in batch 2? Yes. All users who participated in the first sale were reconsidered, even if they reclaimed their deposit. Please watch your email inbox to see the status of your allocation. You may need to redeposit funds.

What if I refunded my deposit but now got an allocation? You will need to redeposit by Sunday, Oct 5th, 2025, 8 AM EST/12 PM UTC using a different wallet than your original deposit.

What happens if I received a new allocation in batch 2? You must deposit from a new wallet address. Previously rejected wallets will not be accepted for this round.

If I withdrew already, did that affect my new potential allocation? No, withdrawals did not affect eligibility for the new allocation batch. $2,198,135 of the FCFS round will be reallocated to approximately 2,000 original Legion applicants.

What if I was already accepted? You will receive another email granting your allocation. At that time, you’ll also be able to reclaim any unallocated portion of your deposit through our website/smart contract.

How soon can we see our allocation? Allocations will be communicated via email. Please monitor your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for details. We recommend saving Legion’s email as a contact to ensure you see our emails. This will also be reflected in the Legion dashboard.

I received less allocation than my minimum ask You can claim full refund and your allocation will go to someone else

How can I withdraw funds? Withdrawals can be made directly through the Legion app UI using the “Refund/Withdraw” function. If you are still unable to withdraw, please do so through the smart contract directly, or submit a support ticket via our website. Our support team is working through tickets in order.

Was my allocation impacted if I was originally approved? No, nothing changed to your allocation. If I request a full refund, what happens to my allocation and where does it go? It will be distributed to applicants who are still in review, from the top score down.

How did YieldBasis determine YB allocation?

YieldBasis used a “barbell” approach to distribute allocations among the 61,040 investors who deposited $196,437,127 USDC. This meant concentrating a portion of allocations with the highest-value participants, while also spreading allocations broadly across strong, sybil-resistant community members.

The top allocation groups included:

  • Value-add participants (hand-reviewed).

  • OG Curve users.

  • Applicants with high sybil resistance and strong Legion Scores.

  • Developers and contributors with standout technical scores.

  • Applicants with strong social/community scores.

  • Long-time Legion buyers and holders.

I have a high Legion Score but I got rejected for an allocation. Why is this the case? The YieldBasis sale was 85x oversubscribed, meaning demand far exceeded supply. Even strong applicants with high scores were not guaranteed an allocation. Ultimately, YieldBasis distributed allocations based on score subcategories and other metrics beyond your Legion score.

I deposited for new application and it still shows “in review”?
You will receive a decision on Monday October 6th when the sale closes. You do not need to do anything now.

Thank you again for your participation.

Stronger together, Legion team
