If your external wallet (e.g. MetaMask) has been compromised, we understand how stressful that can be.
However, Legion is a non-custodial platform — we never have access to your private keys, and we hold no responsibility for compromised wallets, lost private keys, or stolen funds.
⚠️ Our Policy
Legion cannot recover or refund funds lost through compromised wallets.
We may assist on a best-effort basis, with no obligation or guarantee of recovery.
Any assistance is voluntary and depends on timing and verification outcomes.
🕒 When We Can Help (During Sale / Refund Period)
If your wallet is compromised while the sale or refund window is still open, please contact Support immediately.
In some cases, we can:
Verify your identity, and
Link a new, safe wallet for your allocation or refund.
This process is only available before the sale or refund period closes.
⏳ When We Can’t Refund (After Sale / Refund Period Ends)
Once the sale and refund window has closed:
Allocations are finalized and refunds can no longer be issued.
However, if your wallet was compromised, we can review your case and, upon successful ID and security verification, ensure your tokens are delivered to a new wallet once the project’s TGE (Token Generation Event) occurs.
This is a security-sensitive process and not guaranteed — approval depends on verification results.
🔒 Key Takeaway
Legion is not liable for compromised wallets or lost keys.
If your wallet is compromised, reach out immediately — we’ll help where possible, but without any obligation or guarantee.
If the sale has ended, we may still assist with secure token delivery after TGE, pending ID verification.
