What Is a Legion Select Sale?
A Legion Select sale is an invite-only token sale hosted on the Legion platform. Unlike our standard public sales, Legion Select sales are restricted to a specific group of eligible users. If you're eligible, you'll receive an email invitation — if you don't receive one, the sale won't be visible to you on the platform.
Who Is Eligible?
Eligibility for this sale is determined by Nansen, a leading on-chain analytics platform. To be eligible, you must:
Hold a Nansen tier (minimum of 1,000 Nansen points)
Be KYC verified on Legion
Be located in an eligible jurisdiction (see below)
If you're a new user, don't worry — when you sign up and connect your wallet, we'll automatically check your eligibility. If you qualify, you'll be added to the access list right away.
Eligible & Excluded Jurisdictions
This sale is available in most countries, including the United States, with the following exceptions:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom — not eligible for this sale
OFAC-restricted countries — standard sanctions restrictions apply
In addition to the above, the following countries are also ineligible:
North Korea
Belarus
Russia
Venezuela
Libya
Sudan
Zimbabwe
Myanmar
A Note for US Investors
If you're based in the United States, you'll need to complete a self-accreditation check before applying. This is a simpler process than full accreditation — you'll fill out a short form confirming that you qualify as an accredited investor under one of the following criteria:
You are a high net worth individual
You have a high annual income
You hold a relevant financial license
You'll be prompted to complete this step automatically when you go to apply.
How to Participate
Check your inbox — eligible users will receive an email invitation with details about the sale
Log in to Legion and navigate to the sale (it will only be visible if you're eligible)
Click "View" on the sale card to reveal full details, including the FDV — you'll need to acknowledge a short disclaimer first
Complete self-accreditation (US users only) if you haven't already
Submit your application — the process is the same as any other Legion sale

Important Things to Know
This sale is curated by Open Delta, not Legion. Legion is the platform hosting the sale, but all decisions around eligibility criteria, allocations, and sale terms are made by the Open Delta team. For any questions about allocations or hard caps, please reach out to Open Delta directly.
Allocation is not guaranteed. While we expect the vast majority of eligible applicants to receive an allocation, final decisions rest with the Open Delta team.
Your Nansen points determine eligibility, not your Legion Score. The Nansen tier system is specific to this sale — future Legion Select sales may use different eligibility criteria.
Troubleshooting
I think I'm eligible but I can't see the sale:
Try unlinking and relinking your wallet — this will trigger a fresh eligibility check
Allow a few minutes for the check to process
Make sure you're not located in an excluded jurisdiction (UK or OFAC-restricted countries)
If the issue persists, contact our support team
I received an invitation but I'm having trouble applying:
Ensure your KYC is complete and up to date
US users: make sure you've completed the self-accreditation step
